Mrs. Doreen Mwesigye is a highly qualified professional with a diverse educational background that includes a Master's Degree in Human Resources, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education. She has further enhanced her expertise with training in Business Development consultancy, Business Counselling, project monitoring and evaluation, and business promotion and facilitation.

With an impressive 20 years of experience in private sector promotion and facilitation, Doreen has contributed her skills to several prominent organizations. She spent 5 years at DHL International, followed by 3 years at Enterprises Uganda, and is currently associated with Jobconnect Limited.

In addition to her roles in established companies, Doreen has ventured into entrepreneurship by founding her own recruitment and Business Development Consultancy firm, where she serves as the Managing Director. In this capacity, she provides a wide array of business and management advisory services aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency and competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
